What This Page Cannot Promise: no counterparty

That only describes how the page itself is delivered; it says nothing about the site or practices of any operator reached through a redirect.
Where To Look Instead: destination terms
Because this site names no operator, no jurisdiction and no complaints route, the only terms that can actually bind a reader once they follow a sponsored link are the ones published by the destination itself.
